Do I need a Homebuyer Report or a Building Survey?

It depends on the type of property you are looking to purchase. For older, more expensive or complicated properties we recommend a Building Survey, whilst the Homebuyer Report is ideal for simpler purchases. If you are buying a flat, a Homebuyer Report is almost certainly sufficient.

How quickly will I receive my report, survey or valuation?

Normally, all of the above are inspected within two working days and dispatched soon after.
